You'll: Lead, support and inspire our team of 60 Care Professionals and Supervisors Conduct care consultations, complete care plans and risk assessments Carry out quality assurance visits, spot checks and annual appraisals Ensure rigorous CQC compliance, audits and governance Maintain audit compliant care records, medication documentation and visit logs Support safeguarding, investigations and continuous quality improvement Work closely with scheduling, recruitment and training to deliver outstanding client care Participate in the on-call rota and provide occasional ad hoc care support Qualifications You'll be an experienced care leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems and delivering excellence. You'll have: At least 3 years' experience in adult social care, ideally domiciliary care NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or above) Leadership or supervisory experience Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and best practice Strong IT skills and confidence using digital and AI-based systems A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle live within a 60-minute drive of our Wandsworth office Above all, you'll be someone who leads by example, communicates brilliantly, takes pride in high standards and shares our passion for helping older people live well at home.
