DESIRABLE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ A thorough understanding of the Care Act, CQC’s Essential Standards, KLOE’s and other relevant standards applicable
✅ Excellent understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Care Manager and the law relating to domiciliary care services
✅ Experience of the care sector preferably with operational management responsibility including managing and developing an effective staff team, including recruitment, training, supporting and supervising staff
✅ To promote and support marketing and business development, maintaining compliance and measuring quality.
✅ Support a work atmosphere which promotes a high quality of work life; and maintains a culture of performance and excellence.
✅ NVQ Level 4 or willing to work towards it.
✅ In addition to these functions, you maybe required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence and car is essential
