DEPUTY CATERING MANAGER

We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join our Bars and Catering team as a Deputy Catering Manager.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in food and beverage to grow within one of the busiest hospitality venues in the North West.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Deputy Catering Manager, you will take a hands on role in supporting the smooth running of four of Blackpool’s busiest and award winning fish and chip shops.
This is a fast paced, customer focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and a natural leader. You should be able to build strong relationships, stay calm under pressure, and always maintain high standards.

• Overseeing the daily operations of our four fish and chip shops
• Leading, managing, and supporting a team of around 20 staff, including Supervisors
• Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
• Making sure we consistently deliver high quality food using fresh ingredients
• Encouraging and motivating your team to perform at their best
• Supporting overall business goals and helping drive improvements
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Taking a hands on approach, working closely with the team
• Stepping in where needed to help maintain fast, friendly, and efficient service
