REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• Qualified and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore.
• 6–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice and/or in-house counsel roles focusing on TMT, ICT, or data protection.
• Litigation experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters in the areas of Telecommunications, Postal Services, Media, and Data Protection, including administrative law, TMT/ICT, and competition law; regulatory instruments; exercise of statutory powers, enforcement actions, and appeals.
• Partner with stakeholders in shaping legislation, regulatory frameworks, and public policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and advise on a broad spectrum of issues related to corporate operations and industry development functions.
• Assess potential legal risks and formulate effective risk management approaches and internal governance policies.
• Advise on disputes and oversee litigation matters.
