I. Mô tả Công việc - Job Description: Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng Kỹ thuật quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động kỹ thuật tại trung tâm thương mại. Assist the Chief Engineer in managing all engineering operations of the mall. Giám sát bảo trì hệ thống M&E, HVAC, PCCC và các thiết bị kỹ thuật, đảm bảo hoạt động an toàn và ổn định. Supervise maintenance of M&E, HVAC, Fire Protection and technical systems, ensuring safe and stable operation. Theo dõi kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ, hồ sơ kỹ thuật và xử lý sự cố phát sinh kịp thời. Monitor maintenance schedules, technical records, and handle incidents promptly. Quản lý và phân công công việc cho đội ngũ kỹ thuật, kiểm tra chất lượng thi công và bảo trì. Manage and assign tasks to technicians, inspect quality of maintenance and repair works. Điều phối, giám sát các nhà thầu dịch vụ bảo trì, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình và tiêu chuẩn. Coordinate and supervise service contractors, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards. Thực hiện đào tạo nhân viên về an toàn, hướng dẫn PCCC và quy định pháp lý liên quan. Conduct staff training on safety, fire prevention, and regulatory compliance. Đề xuất sửa chữa, thay thế thiết bị và cải tiến kỹ thuật để nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành. Propose equipment repair, replacement, and technical improvements for better efficiency. Duy trì hồ sơ kiểm tra, thử nghiệm, bảo trì thiết bị và hệ thống kỹ thuật. Maintain inspection, testing, and maintenance records of equipment and systems. Hỗ trợ đánh giá và cập nhật tài liệu vận hành – bảo trì, tham gia kiểm tra nội bộ và đề xuất khắc phục. Support review/update of O&M manuals, conduct internal audits, and propose corrective actions. Soạn thảo tờ trình phê duyệt trên hệ thống BPM liên quan đến mua sắm, ngân sách sửa chữa, bảo trì Prepare approval documents on BPM system related to procurement, repair budgeting, maintenance, etc. Đại diện bộ phận xử lý sự cố hoặc khiếu nại kỹ thuật khi Trưởng phòng vắng mặt. Act on behalf of the Chief Engineer in handling technical issues or complaints during absence. II. Yêu cầu công việc - Requirements: Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành điện, cơ khí, điện lạnh hoặc quản lý cơ sở vật chất. University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration Engineering or Facility Management. Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn, 2 năm quản lý đội nhóm kỹ thuật. At least 4 years professional experience, including 2 years in team management.A Am hiểu hệ thống M&E, HVAC, ELV, PCCC; sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD, MS Office, BMS. trong knowledge of M&E, HVAC, ELV, Fire Systems; proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, BMS. Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giải quyết vấn đề, phản ứng nhanh trong tình huống khẩn cấp. Leadership, problem-solving, and quick decision-making in emergencies. Có thể giao tiếp và làm việc bằng Tiếng Anh. Can be able to handle work by English both writing and speaking. IV.
