Main Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Pilot for the supervision of pilots and the effective management of their training and duties. Support the Chief Pilot for: Maintenance of flying standards and regular supervision of pilots to eliminate non-standard procedures. This will include proficiency checks & line checks carried out in the course of normal operations. Allocating suitable pilots for tasks and special mission in coordination with the DFO. Compiling, monitoring and collecting Flight Time Limitations records. Allocating aircraft to tasks in conjunction with the Technical Operations Department. Maintaining flight documentation and a register of landing sites Crew Rostering Drafting Operations Manual amendments Monitoring the fleet compliance with GACARs requirements for further introduction of new equipment (i.e., EFB, NVG, etc;) Writing technical notices and bulletins relating standards, regulatory requirements and operation of the aircraft Assist with Safety tasks as requested by the Chief Pilot; Act as the overseer and support for the new pilots to address key concerns impacting crew morale and performance Participate in the hiring process and support on-boarding concerns of pilots, as may be required by the Chief Pilot Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information. Qualifications Hold ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial License Have at least 1 year experience, within the past 6 years, as a pilot of an aircraft operated under GACAR Part 121 Appropriate ratings for at least one of the aircraft used. Experience & Skills 9 years or equivalent experience as a pilot. Ability to work in Saudi Arabia. Ideally previous corporate services experience. Good aviation safety record – no incident or accident. Customer service orientated. Ability to work within a group environment. Experience in desert and mountainous areas is a plus. Strong communication skills. Adherence to Rotation Structure.
