Description

We are a GP clinic looking for a deputy clinic manager with experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • To be proficient in the duties of regular clinic assistants including registration, dispensing, collection of payment, claim submission and assistance of doctors with clinical procedures/chaperone
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints on operational issues and/or medical services provided
  • Oversee the completion of insurance and government scheme claims. To ensure prompt follow up on rejected/ returned claims
  • Follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Oversee the online and offline marketing strategies of the company and develop and establish business and operational plans in line with the company’s policies and directions
  • Supervise clinic staff’s adherence to company policies and procedures on the ground as well to provide feedback to management on issues on ground level
  • Oversee the clinic’s staff proficiency/training including but not limited to clinical skills and attendance of relevant training courses
  • Ensure that service and care standards are adhered to by the clinic staff and doctors through leadership by example
  • Oversee the formal response to audit requests from various organisations in conjunction with the Medical Director
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management
