Job Purpose Qualification: Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and B.Sc., DMLT or BMLT (Lab Technologist) Relevant Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in field of Lab Services Responsibilities * Responsible for handling the specimens and independently performing routine tests in the laboratory from established procedures or protocols. * Responsible for operating the instrument. * Prepares solutions, reagents, and stains following standard laboratory formulas and procedures. * Ensure all the reports are ready at specified time. * Taking stock of all the reagents and consumables. * Any breakdown of instruments should report to the clinical biochemist. * To update the daily maintenance, temperature charts & log books. * Contributing to general maintenance of the laboratory, equipment and supplies. * Responsible for the general cleanliness of the department.
