ABOUT THE ROLE

As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role — working closely with the Centre Ops Manager and Trustees to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. You’ll oversee operations, finances, marketing, events, and staff supervision (deputising for the Manager), while helping grow our impact in the local community.
This is the perfect role for someone with initiative, excellent organisational skills, and a real enthusiasm for supporting people, projects, and partnerships.
