Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Content Studio Leader/ Director to join our dynamic Nestlé Content Studio. As the POC for the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery, client satisfaction, and the overall success of the studio's output. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals. Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes dissecting Marketing Request Forms (MRFs) and translating them into actionable project plans. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ individuals, including creatives and planners. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages innovation and high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project updates, addressing client needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. This involves a friendly approach, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic Thinking: Proactively identify emerging social media trends and opportunities. Develop and implement content strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the creative and planning leads to suggest impactful creative assets. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects remain within allocated resources. Prepare financial reports related to resource hours per asset and campaign. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet Nestlé's standards and client expectations. Social Media Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, social media management tools, and social media analytics. Leverage this expertise to inform content strategy and optimize campaign performance. Requirements: Prior agency experience Proven experience in social media management, including a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing complex projects Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets and creating financial reports Proficient in dissecting and interpreting Marketing Request Forms (MRFs) Good PMO skills
