Rate of Pay: $127,227.70 to $143,187.41
Responsibilities: Assists with strategic vision, planning and direction of initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, improving communication and improving overall outcomes.
Drive operational efficiency by evaluating, designing, and optimizing workflows.
Outlining and directing project management.
Facilitate & manage interdepartmental collaboration to ensure strategic initiatives align with reservation-wide and division-wide goals.
Work to ensure that messaging and initiatives are supportive of the community served.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary based on data-driven insight
Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and effective resource allocation
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative practices
Lead initiatives that support employee well-being, satisfaction, and retention.
Supervise assigned staff responsible for assisting with operational and wellness assignments.
Oversee cross-departmental projects from initiation to completion.
Maintain limited clinical work (10-20% time weekly) to maintain licensure and clinical connection to best support patient care and operational systems.

Ensures confidentiality of all records for Fond du Lac Human Services, as well as, its employees, band members and/or clients
Displays a responsive and professional manner in promptly responding to all requests, concerns and/or problems
Recognizes that each employee is a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and is responsible for demonstrating courtesy, respect and sensitivity to the needs of all others, including visitors and co-workers
Represents the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa in a positive and professional manner in the community
Required to maintain proper attendance, including reporting to work on time in accordance with applicable policies

Maintains a clean and organized work area

  • Due to changes and modifications in the job from time to time, employees are required to be flexible

Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License issued in the US is required.
Active advanced practice licensure as healthcare professional required.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or other Health or Human Services related field preferred.
10 years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting including at least 5 years in a senior role required.
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful programming required.
Three years of direct personnel management with supervision experience is required
Strong understanding of evidence-based approaches to organizational development and planning
Prior experience working with Indian Health Services (IHS) or Tribal Organizations required.
Knowledge of computer applications to include word processing, databases and/or data entry, Spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
Knowledge of Native American communities, culture, customs, and beliefs is preferred.
Experience working with Native Americans clients, communities and is able to demonstrate cultural sensitivity is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.
Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies.
Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
Subject to immunization review and submitted proof of required vaccinations.
