Overview In response to headwinds after significant price growth in core categories, leadership recognized the need for a new approach to brand growth—specifically, shifting focus to selling to light buyers, who represent the majority of Savory category purchasers and often buy across multiple brands. Growth Navigator was created as a decision-making blueprint, featuring the “5 Steps To Smiles” diagnostic framework and science-based Cluster Growth Models, to systematically identify market opportunities and next best actions based on category and consumer maturity.This toolkit enables teams to benchmark performance, develop local playbooks, and apply best practices across markets, ensuring strategies are data-driven, actionable, and tailored to deliver total business growth in International Foods.This analyst will focus on delivering tailored insights for pricing, pack architecture, flavor mix, and occasion-based strategies across consumer cohorts Develop compelling insights and content that drive strategic decisions for Anchor Markets, leveraging advanced analytics and storytelling to support pricing, pack architecture, and growth strategies. The person in this role will need to be a self-starter who understands both the business context and data landscape related to PepsiCo’s business and can independently derive relevant business insights using the Cluster Growth Models and 5 Steps To Smiles as a blueprint Responsibilities Build dynamic insights and storylines for market deployment materials based on category growth playbooks Integrate data from Nielsen, Kantar, Circana, Euromonitor, and internal financial systems to create actionable insights Work with Advance Analytics team and conduct advanced statistical analysis (e.g., regression) and cohort analysis Develop pricing ladders, tier assessments, and flavor strategy recommendations Provide visibility into DX distribution and availability metrics Incorporate media, equity, A&M spend, and working capital metrics into strategic recommendations Collaborate with GCC resources and Growth Navigator teams to extract additional insights from GN scorecards Qualifications Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred, Statistical background preferred) 9+ years of experience in insights and analytics Expert on “Point of Sale” (NielsenIQ, Circana, SPINs, One Click Retail etc.) databases/metrics along with Household panel data experience is a must Excellent project management skills esp. with managing supporting teams Advanced Excel skills Programming in Python or JavaScript a plus Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Very strong Team Management skills (experience required in this field and especially in remote team management) Great Collaborator Language: English Fluent
