POSITION SUMMARY

The Deputy Director is a visible and strategic leader who partners closely with the Executive Director to advance the mission and vision of I-REACH 2. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives on community engagement, advocacy, fundraising, and organizational leadership. The Deputy Director will be instrumental in strengthening external relationships, supporting donor development, and ensuring program excellence while preparing to serve as a potential successor to the Executive Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit, human services, or disability services management.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, donor development, and community engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid HCBS waivers, accreditation standards (CARF or equivalent), and disability service systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
