You will: * Provide exceptional clinical and managerial leadership to a range of teams * Ensure safe, effective, and person‑centred care delivery * Drive innovation by introducing and embedding evidence‑based clinical practices * Champion continuous development, patient safety, and regulatory excellence * Partner closely with the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services, supporting strategic initiatives and service growth This role is full time 37.5 hours per week and requires on site presence 5 days a week.
