The Crown Prosecution Service is recruiting a Deputy Director of People Services across England and Wales.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong employee relations partnerships in a unionised environment. Experience leading large multi-disciplinary HR or people teams in large and complex organisations is essential. Relevant professional qualifications, such as Chartered Member or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, are required.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Deputy Director of People Services, you are accountable for the design, development and delivery of a number of core people services across the organisation including, HR Casework services, Resourcing, Employee Relations, HR Policy and Pay and Reward. Providing strategic leadership, you ensure delivery of professional, high-quality people services that contribute towards a high performing organisation and the achievement of the long-term objectives and goals of the Crown Prosecution Service.
