Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team at NTU. This role is integral to driving NTU’s global reputation and impact by leading regional/global marketing strategies, formulating high-level partnership proposals, and executing strategic marketing activities. As a team lead, you will work with your team to collaborate with internal teams, senior management, and external organizations to support talent recruitment, raise visibility, and establish sustainable, high-impact partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With at least 10 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing and leadership support on a global scale.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with strategic planning and managing budgets for large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with international academic partnerships and alliances, especially in higher education settings.
  • A passion for driving positive impact through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead regional marketing strategies for talent recruitment and student diversification.
  • Organize thought-leadership events, online engagements and joint workshops to elevate NTU’s profile in key academic areas.
  • Formulate and implement partnership strategies with external foundations and associations while supporting NTU’s expansion initiatives.
  • Foster global network collaborations to increase visibility and support domain-specific interests.
  • Lead the development of MOU agreements and implement partnerships with international academic institutions. Manage the implementation of strategic partnership agreements, monitor progress, and assess impact while managing financial and resource allocations.
  • Conceptualize and implement sustainable visibility campaigns to raise awareness of strategic partnerships and their impact.
