OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Deputy Director (Talent Acquisition) to create, steer and deliver talent acquisition strategies that anticipate and support the manpower needs of DSTA businesses. You will work collaboratively and develop strong relationships with senior leaders to understand their diverse talent needs across various technical domains and develop a plan to meet those needs. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and will conceptualise new campaigns and execution strategies to attract talents.

In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively across HR teams to achieve high synergy in talent attraction and cultivation efforts
  • Cultivate engineering and tech talent communities and networks, both locally and internationally, to build a talent pool
  • Enable process enhancements to create positive experience for candidates
  • Leverage people analytics/AI to optimise the recruitment process
  • Oversee a team responsible for delivery against DSTA’s staffing goals, from identification of talent, to attracting candidates, assessment and onboarding

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
  • Experience in talent acquisition for a large organisation within the technology industry
  • Strong track record in developing talent acquisition strategies and collaborating with leaders on the strategy and execution
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and create unconventional solutions
  • Forward planner, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire, coach and develop teams
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

8 ~ 9 years

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
