Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven, passionate and resourceful Deputy Editor to help drive news coverage and market reporting expertise on a daily publication covering Asian biofuels markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, inquisitive, numerate and literate individual to develop their leadership skills in a rapidly evolving market.
You will have a passion for understanding how complex systems work and will relish the prospect of developing your skills in a role that combines data-driven analysis with traditional relationship-based reporting.
Your role will involve supporting the Singapore-based Editor in driving and developing news coverage in a busy team and assessing prices – including Argus’ key daily price assessments for biofuels in Asia. You will also take responsibility for ensuring the global assessment methodology is followed and updated as markets evolve. You will lead consultations with market participants where necessary and are the first point of contact for any queries regarding pricing and methodology.
