Description
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the smooth operation and proper maintenance of all building technical equipment in the data center (including medium-voltage and emergency power systems, UPS systems, cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems)
Recording and monitoring all incidents and, if necessary, escalation and initiation of appropriate measures
Responsibility for compliance with all safety and quality standards
Responsibility for compliance with all legal occupational safety requirements as well as hygiene and health regulations
Commissioning, coordination, and supervision of external service providers
Calculation and preparation of offers
Creation and maintenance of procedures, operational and work instructions, as well as risk assessments for electrical systems
Planning and designing electronic building installations, including preparation of specifications according to HOAI
Project/construction supervision and corresponding acceptance
Contract management of maintenance and service contracts
