Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. Job Description Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem. Roles Overview: Must be familiar with EHS practices inside workshop as well as on site. Lead day to day planning & production operations and meet all defined targets such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring high employee morale and safety. Partner with cross-functional teams in improving the production efficiency and build the capacity by ensuring Safety first always. Identify & Develop Multi skill to run operation smoothly. Plan to utilize 100% of Machine and people. Engage and monitor team very closely to meet Day wise production outcome with provided technical support & enable to meet business outcome. Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources. Shall have hands on experience of Oracle ERP Use of Lean tools to drive solutions. Ideal Candidate: Candidate with min 6 years of experience in PPC function. Required Qualifications: Diploma with minimum 6 years of experience in PPC function in Aerospace industry. Preferred Qualifications : Shall have experience on ERP/Oracle must and Excel proficiency as well.
