Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Deputy Finance Manager who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. In this role you will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s financial activities, while also taking ownership of key financial tasks such as reporting, analysis and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. This position requires a high level of initiative and the ability to make sound financial decisions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and processes. Your tasks & Responsibilities You will act as right hand to the Finance Manager Benelux and will act as deputy in absence of You act as liaison between finance, operations and external parties You actively assist in managing customer receivables and the overall management of working capital You are responsible for correct forecasting, budgets and alignment with the KPIs of the business, all in close cooperation with the Finance Manager Benelux You will follow up accounting work in close cooperation with the accounting team of stow International You will prepare and be following up on correct and timely management reporting and the monthly regional management presentation You will be responsible for compliance (internal- and external audits) You will support the business in the Netherlands when it is needed Qualifications Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field You preferably have at least 2 years of experience You are fluent in Dutch, English and French You have experience in SAP or another ERP system You are hands-on and open to work in a fast-growing company You have a background in Accounting and Controlling, preferably within an industrial company You will be based in our office in Moeskroen You are flexible to commute to the office in Breda, the Netherlands, twice a month Additional Information What We Offer A competitive salary package that includes a company car with charging card, net allowances, Iphone and subscription, meal vouchers, health and group insurance, CAO 90 bonus, KPI bonus,...
