• Supervising training Officers.
• Assessing and reviewing the development and implementation of lesson plans.
• Directing firefighting staff at both emergencies and regular scheduled activities.
• Conducting annual performance reviews of Training Officers and Training Coordinator.
• Encouraging communications between the supervisor and his/her employee in matters relating to job performance, career planning and development.
• Providing the Company with an inventory of its skilled resources for purposes of human resources planning and development.
• Communicating to the Fire Chief, information relevant to the employee’s level of performance and potential to advance or transfer in the Company and to determine what development may be needed.
• Observing and coaching of CRL Fire Operations Staff.
• Other duties as assigned by your manager.
