We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy General Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service, and upholding the high standards our guests expect.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and natural wines is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
