Description

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team and help lead our organisation to success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively, and developing strategies to improve the organisation’s performance. The Deputy Manager will also be expected to provide guidance and support to the team, motivate staff, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the food/ dining operation of the business
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
