Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategic Leadership Define and implement the overall strategic plan for Mall in alignment with client goals and market trends. Translate long-term vision into annual business plans, operational roadmaps, and measurable KPIs across departments. Lead transformation initiatives, innovation programs, and continuous improvement. Implement the requirements of the Management Agreement and ensure compliance with Savills Vietnams policies and procedures. 2. Operations & Facility Management Ensure optimal day-to-day mall operations, safety, maintenance, and presentation. Guarantee compliance with all legal, health, safety, and environmental regulations. 3. Financial & Commercial Management Develop and oversee the annual budget and business plan, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Maximize net operating income through efficient cost management and diversified revenue generation (e.g., rent, short-term leasing, sponsorships). Monitor financial KPIs and take corrective actions when needed. 4. Marketing & Brand Management Oversee the malls overall marketing, branding, and public relations strategy. Approve and guide the annual marketing calendar, digital campaigns, event planning, and community engagement. Ensure brand positioning aligns with customer expectations and tenant mix strategy. 5. Leasing Strategy & Tenant Relations Collaborate closely with the Retail Leasing team to define and execute the retail mix strategy. Review lease proposals, renewals, and tenant performance data to ensure commercial viability and alignment with the malls positioning. Build strategic relationships with anchor tenants, franchise groups, and boutique retailers. 6. Customer Experience & CRM Champion customer experience initiatives across all touchpoints of the mall journey. Oversee the development of loyalty programs, CRM tools, and customer analytics. Leverage insights from customer behavior to shape marketing, leasing, and service strategies. 7. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between the Client (mall ownership) and Savills Vietnam. Provide timely and transparent reporting on performance, risks, and strategic issues. Represent Mall with government bodies, media, and public events when necessary. 8. People Management & Organizational Culture Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performance team across all functional departments. Oversee recruitment, appraisals, performance development, and succession planning. Foster a culture of professionalism, innovation, and accountability. 9. Risk Management & Compliance Implement robust risk management frameworks and crisis response procedures. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, insurance, safety audits, and ethical standards. Lead business continuity planning and emergency response. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail property management or shopping mall leadership. Strong expertise in financial management, strategic planning, leasing, and marketing. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills. Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
