Job Description Summary Lead the fulfilment team for customer orders, Shop master planning & Material fulfilment. Coach & mentor the team to achieve organizational goals, collaborate with CFT team for problem solving. Be part of change management & drive process improvement. Work with Delivery leader from Value stream & Sourcing team to streamline fulfilment issues Job Description Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem. Role Overview: Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements. Work closely with Part family delivery leader for effective demand management & customer fulfilment. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external. Ensure alignment with delivery KPIs, monitoring & action planning. Support long term planning as part of strategy review to align supplier’s & Shop’s capacity Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions. Actively uses Flight Deck for problem solving & coaches the team on the same The Ideal Candidate: Responsible for managing master planning, material processes and systems, effective customer demand management & fulfilment. Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college 15+ years of experience in fulfilment, shop planning, material management Sound knowledge of Inventory management, MRP, operations management Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AS 9100. Knowledge of Flight Deck Implementation.
