We have a great opportunity for a career minded AM\Shift Leader\DGM to help lead our wonderful team in developing the huge potential of a totally amazing high energy business.
The Barn, but not as you know it. We are looking to appoint a second Deputy General Manager to join the leadership team with an immediate start ahead of the re-opening of the iconic seafront pub restaurant following a major re-modelling over the winter.

• Able to commit to support the GM in developing the business and its team to their full potential
• Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
• A great host who gets a buzz from making people’s day
• Able to reliably manage the commute, days, evenings and weekends
• Willing to undertake training at alternative locations prior to the re-opening in Spring 2025

  Previous experience and knowledge of supervising high volume branded pub operations with a busy seasonal profile is essential.
