Description
1. Planning  * Plan RM, PM & Chemicals as per AOP requirements. * Finalize production schedules with vendors based on rolling demand and stock requirements. * Provide fortnightly updates on procurement and supply planning status. 2. Coordination with PepsiCo  * Act as a key liaison with PepsiCo for all RM/PM supply matters. * Obtain approvals on materials, vendors, and new developments. * Drive cost-saving initiatives and vendor reapproval processes. * Track progress of ongoing approvals and ensure timely closure. 3. Supplier & Inventory Management  * Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers. * Ensure reduced cost, improved quality, and timely deliveries through strong supplier partnerships. * Develop 2–3 new vendors annually to ensure business continuity and competitive pricing. * Arrange contracts from HO to ensure timely dispatch of RM/PM to plants for smooth operations. * Provide fortnightly updates on supplier performance and inventory status. 4. Costing & MIS  * Prepare and share monthly MIS reports for management reviews. * Ensure timely creation and management of contracts in SAP for CO2, CAN, Closure, RGB, Laminates/Sleeves, etc. * Track and report procurement costs, variances, and savings initiatives.
Responsibilities
