Accountabilities Scope of work To set the production target Overall responsibility for all production activities. Watch over the production process and coming up with a production schedule. Identify improvement projects, getting approval & executing the same To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the production non-conformities Making sure the production is cost effective. Supervise the production processes and regulate schedules as per requirement. Evaluating the performance of people working under them. Keeping the team motivated. Implementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers. Setting healthy and safe guidelines and making sure they are followed stringently. They make sure that the services and goods are made efficiently and they also ensure that the quantity, quality and price are right. Ensures costs & sets up quality standards See the customers are satisfied and goods are produced on time. Direct responsibility for control of annual plant budgets. Direct responsibility for safety of personnel, facilities & equipment Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, fire & explosives, safety, electrical installation, etc. Direct responsibility to implement the safety systems in the plant area. Direct responsibility for achieving the targeted yields, losses & usage factors for ingredients & utilities. 4, KEY INTERFACES External Interfaces Internal Interfaces Employees 5, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Indicate the education level, previous experience, specific knowledge, skills and abilities required to meet minimum requirements for this Job.. Education Qualification (Highest) with Target Institute(s) B.Tech- Mechanical & Electrical, Instrumentation or equivalent Desired Certifications: Technical Experience Range: 15-22 years of experience in Beverages Industry Desirable experience: Production & Process Knowledge of beverages Industry benchmarking methodology and other experiences are an advantage.
