We’re recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As Deputy General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in ensuring our kitchens and service counters operate efficiently while helping to deliver truly outstanding food experiences. • Acting as a key link between the team and General Manager to ensure operations exceed expectations
• Motivating and leading the team to maintain high standards
• Supporting with inventory control, budget monitoring, and action planning
• Overseeing till management and payment processing
• Leading by example in supporting, training and developing team members
• Assisting with administrative tasks and compliance documentation
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a strong brand image
