Key Deliverables • Production Planning: Convert demand plans into production plans for relevant factories within the region, considering capacity constraints and lead times. Collaborate with production teams to ensure alignment between production plans and operational capabilities. Weekly Production Adherence: Monitor and ensure strict adherence to the weekly production schedule, making adjustments as needed to meet changing demand and operational constraints. Communicate any deviations from the production plan and implement corrective actions. • Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) Management: Control Stock Transfer Orders for traded products produced outside the region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet regional demand. Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and minimize lead times for STOs. Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Lead and drive the S&OP process for Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) products within the region, collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize inventory levels, production capacity, and customer satisfaction. • Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to execute strategic initiatives and planning operations within the region. Coordinate with State Heads to collate demands, ensuring accurate and timely information for production planning. Drive reasoning behind demand fluctuations and collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues. • Forecast Accuracy: Drive and improve forecast accuracy at the regional level by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer feedback. Implement strategies to enhance the precision of demand forecasting. Role Requirements Qualification: MBA from tier1/tier 2 institute Experience: 6-10 Years of experience in Demand Planning or Production Planning. Proficient in Microsoft tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP).
