We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team at The Chelsfield in Orpington. This role is vital in supporting the General Manager to deliver outstanding service and uphold our commitment to quality and hospitality. The pub benefits from a well zoned lay out including 2 gardens a restaurant, and function room. The offer is relaxed gastro in style and as a community business we are focused on providing a range of guest experiance to ensure the whole community is welcome

WHAT WE NEED

• Experiance of working within a Branded hospitality model where brand standard and adherence to spec are key
• Excellent team management abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proven involvement in stocktaking and an understanding of GP, Margin and cellar management
• Previous restaurant or Pub experiance is essential - we are looking for someone who will hit the ground running
