• Being present on the floor,working closely with all staff to drive excellent standards across all departments.
• Encourage training & development,cross-training and employee enrolment on our apprenticeship and development programmes.
• Have an analytical view with regards to costs,budgeting,room rates,revenue and property projects and developments.
• Ownership of all health and safety compliance,including fire prevention.
• Deputise in all tasks in absence of the Hotel Director.
  The ideal applicant will have significant and demonstrable experience within a hospitality management role,preferably as a Hotel Deputy General Manager. Experience and knowledge within a high-end hospitality setting is strongly preferred with either expertise in F&B or rooms,events,and revenue.
  You must have the competency to deliver high-volume operations,being an excellent communicator who’s a true custodian of THE PIG,supporting our mission to be the future of caring & considered hospitality.
