1. Business Partnering * Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership teams across Support Functions * Understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR plans * Drive organization effectiveness, team structures, and role clarity 2. Workforce Planning & Budgeting * Lead manpower planning and budgeting in alignment with annual operating plans * Monitor headcount vs. budget and provide actionable insights * Drive cost optimization and productivity metrics 3. Talent Acquisition Interface * Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure timely closure of open roles * Drive hiring prioritization, TAT adherence, and quality of hires * Participate in key/critical hiring decisions 4. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling * Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances * Ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution of issues * Drive a positive employee experience and workplace culture 5. Performance & Talent Management * Support performance management cycles, calibration, and capability building in collaboration with COEs.  * Identify high-potential talent and drive succession planning * Partner with L&D for targeted interventions 6. HR Governance & Processes * Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance frameworks * Drive HR process excellence and continuous improvement * Maintain data integrity and leverage HR analytics for decision-making
