DEPUTY HEAD - HEALTH & LIFE SCIENCES – THE ROLE:

We are seeking a passionate Deputy Head to join our Health & Life Sciences Faculty. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on our students, staff, and local communities by delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education.
As the Deputy Head, you will work closely with the Head of Faculty, playing a pivotal role in managing and developing our portfolio of courses. Your leadership will be key to ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, whilst responding to the ever-changing landscape of the health and life sciences sector.

DEPUTY HEAD - HEALTH & LIFE SCIENCES – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Head of Faculty in leading and managing the Health & Life Sciences team to deliver excellent outcomes for learners.
  • Leading curriculum development, aligning with industry needs and regulatory standards.
  • Mentoring and inspiring a diverse team of academic professionals.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders, including the NHS, universities, and local employers, to enhance partnership opportunities.
  • Promoting a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
