We are now recruiting for a Deputy Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at one of the hotels we provide services to.
We can offer you 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, shift based with set days off in a very familiar and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting and assisting Head Housekeeper on day-to-day tasks.
  • Support in planning, organising, leading, and managing the housekeeping function from employee lifecycle, stock management, guest standards etc.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance with staff, work processes, training, and the company’s requirements.
  • Maintaining the staff rota and scheduling, ensuring all shifts are covered and all duties are done to a high standard.
  • Monitor and report any absences.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely system administration (Timegate).
  • Ensure clear lines of communication both with the hotel and the company.
  • Ensure all staff are trained regarding standards and productivity requirements and that concerns are addressed, and re-training completed if necessary.
  • Take initial responsibility for managing and resolving any team member queries.
  • Liaise with HR regarding any relevant concerns relating to staff welfare or allegations of misconduct.
  • Monitor teams’ performance and productivity.
  • Support with room checks and VIP preparation.
  • Pro-actively respond to client requests to deliver an efficient and responsive service and performance manage as necessary.
  • Ensure that hours of work are properly recorded and submitted to the company for the timely payment of team member wages and retain these records for future reference.
