Job Description Act as a Project Manager for each transaction and be the main contact person for the client Generate business development ideas for sectors under responsibility assigned. Oversee the preparation of all necessary important documentations (agreements with clients, roadshow materials, filings to SEC/SET) and generate ideas and concepts for presentations to internal stakeholder and external clients Oversee financial models of junior staff under leadership and verify the correctness and completeness of financial models For senior role, train junior staff on Investment Banking related skills (financial modeling & valuation, presentation, related industries) and Investment Banking products (equity, M&A, property fund, infrastructure fund) including guide junior staff on related SEC/SET rules and regulations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economic, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields At least 8 years’ working experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Financial Consulting Good command of written and spoken English Strong leadership, financial, conceptual, communication, and analytical skills We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Responsibilities

The Deputy Head will act as a Project Manager for each transaction, serving as the main client contact, and will be responsible for generating business development ideas within assigned sectors. This role also involves overseeing the preparation of critical documentation, financial models created by junior staff, and training juniors on Investment Banking skills and regulations.
