Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the International Admissions manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a responsive, efficient, and compliant admissions service that supports the University’s ambitious international recruitment strategy. You will lead and coach a team of Senior Admissions Officers and Assistants, ensuring that international applications are processed in line with regulatory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), while maintaining a strong focus on applicant experience and data integrity.
This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive, solutions-focused individual who can drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and act as a trusted advisor across the institution.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Leading the international admissions function from initial enquiry to enrolment.
  • Managing complex admissions cases, including visa compliance, fee status, and fraud investigations.
  • Driving service innovation and embedding continuous improvement across all processes.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with academic regulations and sector best practice.
  • Supporting the growth of our Transnational Education (TNE) partnerships through scalable and responsive admissions processes.
  • Contributing to university-wide initiatives such as Open Days, Clearing, and Outreach Events.
