Responsibilities
  • Overseeing four General Managers
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of food and service, providing constructive feedback to chefs and the service team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures, including audits, guest feedback reviews, and mystery diner assessments, to uphold brand expectations and drive guest satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence
  • Manage staffing levels effectively, leading recruitment and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team
  • Oversee financial budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance, taking proactive measures to control costs, drive revenue, and improve gross margins
  • Maintain compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements, providing accurate reporting and analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other legal requirements
  • Report regularly to the Head of Operations, providing updates on site performance, financial status, and operational challenges
    Previous experience working within a multisite position is essential
