Conduct ongoing reviews of food and service, providing constructive feedback to chefs and the service team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence
Implement rigorous quality control measures, including audits, guest feedback reviews, and mystery diner assessments, to uphold brand expectations and drive guest satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence
Manage staffing levels effectively, leading recruitment and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team
Oversee financial budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance, taking proactive measures to control costs, drive revenue, and improve gross margins
Maintain compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements, providing accurate reporting and analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other legal requirements
Report regularly to the Head of Operations, providing updates on site performance, financial status, and operational challenges
Previous experience working within a multisite position is essential
