We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee adult social care services with a focus on mental health within East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT). This is a senior role where you’ll be driving service quality, innovation, and outcomes that make a real difference to the lives of residents in one of London’s most diverse communities.

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering personalised, high-quality mental health support.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and service performance to ensure efficiency and value for money.
• Work closely with the Council, NHS partners, and the voluntary sector to deliver joined-up care.
• Champion equality, anti-racist practice, and inclusive services for all residents.
