Job Description About this Role We are seeking a skilled and collaborative professional with over 5 years of experience in the design, development, and maintenance of Mediation Zone applications. This role involves working with Digital Route’s Mediation Zone production environment and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a solution-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills to support cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes. Who are you A detail-oriented and adaptable individual with over 5 years of experience in IT application development. Proficient in working with Mediation Zone by Digital Route. Comfortable navigating all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). A clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments. Open to learning and expanding technical capabilities. What you will do Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications in a production environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability. Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues. What skills you need Proven hands-on experience with Mediation Zone by Digital Route. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and best practices. Ability to analyse requirements and deliver effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to Java and J2EE technologies is desirable. What skills you will learn Advanced techniques in mediation and integration using Digital Route’s platform. Enhanced proficiency in Java and J2EE frameworks. Broader understanding of telecom data flows and architecture. Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
