Job Description • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.o Document and validate requirements ensuring clarity and completeness.• Data Analysis & Reporting: o Extract and analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends and insights.o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for business decision-making.• Presentation & Communication: o Prepare impactful presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations.o Present insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Process Improvement: o Identify gaps in current processes and propose data-driven solutions.• Advanced Analytics (Preferred): o Support projects involving Market Mix Modeling (MMM) and other advanced statistical techniques.
