Job Title – Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - CSE Solutions (Major Projects) What will you be doing? Manage the MP-Tendering process in collaboration with other MP functions such as engineering & supply, project management and technology for ensuring value engineering and optimized pricing are delivered promptly. Ensure thorough understanding and, if necessary, challenge customer specifications to offer the right products. Study customer Tender Documents and prepare KONE MP Documents in accordance with MP process. Understand traffic challenges in buildings and optimize solutions accordingly. Support Sales by arranging the necessary technical documents for tender submission. Ensure that proposed solutions comply with codes, regulations, and safety requirements. Take responsibility for order accuracy in line with the customer offer. Coordinate with Local MP Engineering team to obtain correct drawings from Supply Line. Book orders in SAP following the company processes. Coordinate with SL for General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) and order processing during post-order management. Follow up with SL for deliverables such as drawings, samples, and materials. Coordinate with the Logistics team for material deliveries. Are you the One? Minimum 10 years of experience in Elevator & Escalator Sales Support or Engineering. Deep knowledge of elevator products, components, installation, business challenges, and sales environment. Strong technical knowledge of elevator and escalator products, including relevant codes and regulations. Understanding of KONE people flow analysis and building traffic solutions. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Fluency in AutoCAD and ability to understand building drawings; capable of preparing basic layout drawings and M drawings for submissions. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Result-driven with persistence and a “can-do” attitude. Collaborative approach with cross-cultural communication skills. Strong customer focus and leadership capabilities. Fluent in English, additional language skills are an asset. What do we offer?
