Job Title: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts Location: Howrah, Near Avani Mall About the Company: We are a fast-growing organization operating in the logistics and infrastructure space, committed to delivering efficient and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings Handle audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities Support management in financial decision-making through data analysis and insights Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) Experience: 5–6 years of post-qualification experience Prior experience in SMEs preferred Experience in the logistics sector will be an added advantage Compensation: Up to 12LPA (based on experience and qualifications) Age Criteria: Up to 40 years Key Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation Proficiency in financial reporting and MIS Good analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP/accounting software Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us: Opportunity to work in a growing and evolving industry Collaborative and performance-driven work culture Exposure to end-to-end finance operations
