We are a Residential Children’s Home registered with Ofsted and we are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager. We are looking for candidates with experience of working in a Residential Children’s Home.

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in all aspects of the running of the home, ensuring the service is fully compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements, particularly the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards (2015).
Additionally, to ensure the provision of high quality emotional and physical care, appropriate activities, comfortable accommodation and the service of key workers in accordance with the Home’s policies, procedures and practice.
