DEPUTY NURSERY MANAGER

Location: Ealing
Qualification Required: Level 3 or above in Early Years

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day operations of the setting
  • Ensuring all children receive stimulating, age-appropriate experiences
  • Developing positive, open relationships with staff, parents, and carers
  • Supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality practice
  • Assisting in identifying training needs and supporting staff development
  • Helping to achieve occupancy targets
  • Handling concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, reporting as needed
