  • Supporting the Nursery Manager with the daily operations of the setting
  • Ensuring children experience stimulating, age-appropriate learning
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Supervising and developing the team to ensure outstanding childcare practice
  • Supporting the creation of training plans and tracking staff progress
  • Contributing to the achievement of occupancy targets
  • Managing communications, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
