Job Description Job Title: Business Development- Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Basebuild/Greenfield Projects) Job Location: Mumbai Main Purpose: To support the development and growth of profitable new business Develop and maintain effective key client relationships. Coordinating with the Business Development Team To ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. Responsibilities New business development for Project Management Vertical. Identification and segregation of potential market segments Revenue generation through new account development and key account management Handling meeting with clients Develop relevant business proposals and present to for potential clients Preparation and submission of commercial proposals Attention to detail and timely submissions Review and respond to RFP Regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders. Accountabilities Contribute to the development and refinement of Company’s vision and strategy Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability Support team to ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. Support to develop, review and report on the business development activities, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed Coordinate and work along with PMC team Qualifications Preferred candidate profile Civil/Architecture Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in the construction or real estate sector Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey process Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly Proficiency in preparing and analysing commercial proposals and RFPs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Additional Information Perks and benefits Embrace the opportunity to thrive in an innovative environment where your career advancement is accelerated.
