• Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Leading and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality early years education and care
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, EYFS framework, and safeguarding policies
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Taking a hands-on role in the rooms when required, leading by example
