My client is looking for a dedicated and child-centred Deputy Manager to support the running of a high-quality children’s residential home in Sale.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Residential Support Worker within children’s residential care.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential) and working towards or willing to complete Level 5 Leadership & Management.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s residential frameworks.
• Resilient, professional, and able to inspire and guide staff teams.
